The PFEM Banquet and Conference Center also offers a flat rate package for your event. This enables you to mix and match items to build your own package. You can reserve our main hall for four hours, which accomodates up to 350 people maximum with tables and chairs and 300 guests maximum with a dance floor area.
The lower hall can host 120 guests with tables and chairs and up to 100 guests with room for dancing.

A deposit of $200.00 is required for all flat rate hall rental reservations.
Charitable organizations can receive a $100.00 discount off of the flat rate rental price through the event coordinator with the approval of the management.
Sunday afternoons from 1pm - 5pm are available for $100.00 rental fee plus $50.00 setup/cleanup fee for events in the lower hall hosting 50 guests or less. This package is ideal for wedding showers and baby showers.
